Retride in 60 seconds

Summary

Retride is a capsule dietary supplement for adults, sold for weight-loss support with keto positioning. You take 2 capsules a day with water, and a 60-capsule bottle lasts a month. Its whole active blend is 60 mg of BHB salts. Human studies of BHB salts used about 3.75 to 24 grams, tens to hundreds of times more, and even then did not show weight loss. The label also suggests a keto diet; any ketosis on that plan comes from the food. Packs cost $49 to $79 a bottle with a 60-day money-back window.

Why people look at keto pills like Retride

Most people who search for keto pills are already trying to eat better. They want something that makes the plan feel easier.

Progress feels slow

A lasting pace is about 1 to 2 pounds a week (CDC, Steps for Losing Weight). That can feel slow.

The keto start is rough

Early keto days can bring tiredness and headaches, often called keto flu (Cleveland Clinic, Keto Flu: What It Is and How To Manage It).

Cravings get loud

Cutting carbs can make sweets harder to ignore in the first weeks.

A shortcut sounds good

Ads promise ketosis from a capsule. People want to know if that is real.

Too many claims

Keto pill ads are loud. People want plain facts about what is in the bottle.

Fake endorsements

The FTC warns that scammers use fake TV-show endorsements to sell keto pills (FTC Consumer Advice, Did your favorite Shark Tank celebrity really endorse THAT?).

What is Retride?

Retride is a capsule dietary supplement for adults. Each 2-capsule serving holds a 60 mg blend of three ketone salts: magnesium, calcium and sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate.

The full Retride label laid flat: suggested use, storage, caution, the front panel with three claims, and the Supplement Facts panel
The whole label, unrolled. The front makes three claims with the FDA asterisk; the right side holds the Supplement Facts panel; the left side gives the dose and a keto diet ratio.

BHB is the main ketone your body makes when it burns fat for fuel, for example on a keto diet or when fasting. Supplements bind it to minerals to make a salt.

Goretride sells it as a Licensed U.S. retail desk for Retride, not the maker.

  • Capsules, nothing to mix
  • Three BHB salts in one 60 mg blend
  • Label suggests a 70/25/5 keto diet

How does Retride work?

No study has tested Retride itself. What we can show is what BHB is, what each salt was studied for, and why the dose matters.

What it is

BHB, the ketone

Beta-hydroxybutyrate is a ketone your liver makes from fat when carbs are low. It is a fuel for the brain and muscles.

After a gram-level dose of BHB salts, blood ketones peaked in about an hour and were back to baseline in 3 to 4 hours (Frontiers in Physiology, Stubbs 2017, Metabolism of exogenous ketones). No study measured what 60 mg does. The step-by-step version is on the how Retride works page.

What are the ingredients in Retride?

Retride lists three BHB salts in one 60 mg blend, with no single amounts. Turn each sheet over to see the studied dose, what studies found and what to watch for.

Whole blend vs 24 g a day

Label: 60 mg. Studied: 11.8 g twice a day for 6 weeks. (Frontiers in Nutrition, Buga 2021, Ketone salts and body composition)

The dose gap: The smallest BHB salt serving we found studied was 3.75 g, about 62 times the Retride blend; the largest was about 24 g a day, about 400 times. Even at those doses, ketone salts did not add weight loss to a keto diet (Frontiers in Nutrition, Buga 2021, Ketone salts and body composition), and an 8-week low-calorie trial did not beat placebo (Nutrients, Roeth 2025, BHB salts with a low-calorie diet).

What Retride does not do

Retride pros and cons

These points come from the label, the research, the prices and the refund terms.

Pros

  • Simple serving: 2 capsules a day with water
  • A short, clear label with cautions and storage
  • Small blend, so no large mineral load
  • 60-day money-back window from purchase
  • Cost falls to $1.63 a day on the 6-bottle pack

Cons

  • 60 mg is tens to hundreds of times below studied BHB doses
  • BHB salts did not show weight loss even at gram doses
  • No single amounts for the three salts
  • No 1-bottle pack, so the smallest order is $158
  • Buyer pays return postage; the desk asks for 30 days of use

How to take Retride

Take 2 Retride capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. Press play to walk through a day.

Gauge: capsules taken today (the label serving is 2). Dial: the time of day you picked.

  1. The label gives no time of day. Many people tie it to breakfast.

  2. That is the full serving on the label.

  3. The label asks for a full glass.

  4. The label warns: do not exceed recommended dose.

  5. Keep away from heat, light and humidity; check the seal.

The label also suggests a diet of 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs for ketosis. That is a keto diet, and it is the part that changes your body's fuel.

Is Retride safe? Side effects and who should ask first

A 60 mg blend of BHB salts is a small amount. The bigger safety questions come from the keto diet the label suggests.

How long does Retride take to work?

No firm date exists, because Retride has never been studied and the label gives no timeline. Here is what the research on BHB and keto diets measured.

  1. Hour 1

Ketones peak after a gram dose

Blood BHB peaked about an hour after a gram-level dose (Frontiers in Nutrition, Cuenoud 2020, D-BHB salts pharmacokinetics).

  2. Hours 3 to 4

    Back to baseline

After one gram-level dose, ketones returned to normal.

  3. Days 2 to 4

    Keto diet ketosis

With 20 to 50 g of carbs a day, ketosis usually starts in two to four days (Cleveland Clinic, Ketosis: Definition, Benefits and Side Effects).

  4. Day 60

    Refund window closes

    Decide before this day.

Ketosis on a keto plan comes from the diet. How long that takes is explained on the Retride results timeline page.

Is Retride a scam, or is it legit?

On the checks a buyer can run, Retride is a real product with a printed label, sold under written terms with an order desk and a returns address. Its weak point is the dose: 60 mg of BHB salts.

  1. Check the seller

Goretride is a Licensed U.S. retail desk for Retride, not the maker.

  2. Check the price

Retride FAQ: frequently asked questions

What is Retride?

Retride is a capsule dietary supplement for adults, sold for weight-loss support with keto positioning. You take 2 capsules a day; each serving holds a 60 mg blend of magnesium, calcium and sodium BHB.

Does Retride work?

No study has tested Retride. Studies of BHB salts used 3.75 to 24 grams and did not show weight loss, and Retride's whole blend is 60 mg.

Is Retride legit or a scam?

It is a real product with a printed label, sold with an order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 and a 60-day window. Its weak point is the small 60 mg dose.

Do keto pills work?

Not for weight loss on the evidence we found. Even gram-dose ketone salts did not add loss to a keto diet; any ketosis on a keto plan comes from the diet.

Can keto pills put you in ketosis?

Gram doses of BHB salts raise blood ketones for a few hours, but that is not the same as the body making ketones on a keto diet. No study measured 60 mg.

Is Retride the same as retatrutide?

No. Retride is a capsule dietary supplement. Retatrutide is an injectable drug still being studied; the names just look alike.

Is Retride FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, and an FDA-registered facility is not an approval.

Are keto pills safe for diabetics?

Ask your doctor first. A keto diet raises ketoacidosis risk with type 1 diabetes and with SGLT2 inhibitor medicines.

Were keto pills like Retride on Shark Tank?

No Shark Tank or celebrity endorsement appears in the brand's materials. The FTC warns that scammers fake these endorsements for keto pills.

How much does Retride cost?

$79 a bottle for 2, $69 for 3 and $49 for 6, from the seller pack. Confirm prices and shipping at checkout.
